Welcome to my online portfolio! In this portfolio you will be able to develop a better understanding of who I am. I will start here by introducing myself. I am a Junior at Battlefield Senior High School and my name is Joanna Ferguson. I have been involved in the Information Technology program at the school since my freshman year. This was also the first year that the school was open. The IT program has allowed me significantly expand my knowledge on computers and different software. I have taken five IT courses so far, and every single one of them has taught me valuable information that I can use to my own advantages. Apart from my in-school courses I am involved in a lot extracurricular activities. Among my favorites are Robotics and Debate. Since I joined Robotics my knowledge has expanded in programming, website design and public speaking. Debate has contributed to my current level of public speaking. I am articulate and confident because of the conditions that Debate sets. My family praises me often for my accomplishments and supports me fully. I have one brother who is in the seventh grade. I am extremely close to my brother and I support him completely in all of his endevours. Finally, I am glad you took the time to look a little deeper into my life. Enjoy the rest of the website!
